Catkins
All the catkins are hanging and falling down, on the trees that do catkins, like sycamores. Found a sweet trio of sycamores: the three graces in the southern quadrant of the fields.
What an inspired idea for a blog- I am a firm believer in that more or less everything, when looked at closely and properly, can provide a universe of inspiration. (Trees of course more than, say, wheelbarrows, for instance.) So keep lying there looking for truth and joy in the leaves of Hackney.
If you encounter any dryads, please send me photos, poems, any ideas about them to me:

While on maternity leave, moving to Hackney E8 on the day my daughter was born, I have entered into a psycho-spiritual relationship with the trees of London Fields. Here is my web-log poem dedicated to the trees, singular and as a whole, of the Fields.
